Xpress Product Editor

Edit the WooCommerce product values you change most often without opening product pages one by one.

What it does

Xpress Product Editor is a fast table-based editor for everyday WooCommerce product maintenance. It keeps the most frequently changed values together in one compact screen so routine stock and price updates take far fewer clicks.

Inline editing for COG, regular price and stock quantity
Shows simple products in a compact product table
Instant search and filtering by SKU, title, COG, price and quantity
Instant Mode saves changes immediately
Safe Mode keeps edits unsaved until you click Save changes
Safe Mode highlights modified fields to help prevent accidental edits

How it works

Open Xpress Product Editor from the Beermoney dashboard and work directly in the product table. In Instant Mode, a changed value is saved immediately. In Safe Mode, edited fields remain local and are visibly highlighted until you deliberately save the batch of changes.

Why this app is useful

WooCommerce’s full product editor is powerful, but opening a separate product page just to change a price, cost or stock quantity is slow. Xpress Product Editor is designed for repetitive day-to-day maintenance where speed matters, while Safe Mode adds protection when you prefer to review changes before committing them.

Part of the Beermoney Plugin

Xpress Product Editor is included with the Beermoney Productivity Toolbox for WooCommerce and can be activated individually from the Beermoney dashboard.
