Spin Wheel
Turn QR codes, promotional cards, stickers, and campaign traffic into an interactive discount experience. Spin Wheel combines a simple game with controlled WooCommerce coupons, single-use access tokens, and optional email marketing rewards.
How a promotion works

Open promotionThe visitor opens the Spin Wheel page, typically from a QR code or campaign link containing a unique token. |

Spin the wheelThe wheel selects one of the configured outcomes, such as a discount, no prize, or another spin. |

Reveal the rewardThe result and corresponding WooCommerce coupon are revealed only after the game has been completed. |

Use the couponThe visitor can use the revealed coupon in the WooCommerce store while the promotional token itself can no longer be played again. |
Single-use QR codes and tokens
Spin Wheel can restrict access to valid campaign tokens. The original system uses unique 10-character alphanumeric tokens, making it practical to create individual QR codes for printed promotions.
When single-use protection is enabled, the token is marked as used when the reward is revealed. Reopening the same QR link does not start another game. This makes physical promotional material far more difficult to reuse repeatedly for additional discounts.

Turn players into subscribers
After revealing the normal reward, Spin Wheel can offer the visitor an additional 5% discount in exchange for joining your marketing email list.
Entering an email address by itself is not enough. The visitor must actively check a separate consent box authorizing marketing emails before the upgraded reward is revealed. This keeps the subscription step clear and intentional rather than hiding consent inside the game.
The boosted reward can use a different WooCommerce coupon from the original wheel result, so the normal prize and subscriber prize remain easy to manage separately.
Control what every wheel segment does
Each result can have its own wheel label, reveal message, WooCommerce coupon, and boosted reward. That makes it possible to mix different discounts with non-discount outcomes and bonus spins instead of making every wheel segment behave the same way.

Use normal WooCommerce coupons
Spin Wheel works with shared WooCommerce coupon codes rather than creating another unique coupon for every visitor. This keeps the WooCommerce coupon list manageable even when a campaign generates hundreds or thousands of spins.
Campaign coupons can be given normal WooCommerce expiration dates and replaced periodically. Separate codes can be assigned to normal wheel rewards and to the optional email reward boost.

Requires the Beermoney plugin
Spin Wheel is a Beermoney add-on and is not designed as a standalone product. The main Beermoney Productivity Toolbox for WooCommerce must be installed and active.
Once installed, the add-on integrates into the same Beermoney dashboard and follows the same interface as the rest of the Beermoney ecosystem.
